What does my wedding catering cost?

After determining your needs, we’ll present you with a written itemized proposal based on what you have told us your needs are. Something concrete to compare while you are in your planning phase. You’ll meet with a Dedicated Wedding Specialist for a complimentary 30-minute Proposal Consultation. This no-obligation discussion allows us to completely customize your Wedding experience specific to you, your partner, and your vision. How far in advance should I book my wedding caterer?

Most couples book their catering 12-18 months before their wedding date. Popular dates can fill up quickly, especially during peak wedding season. We offer options to secure your date while finalizing the details of your celebration.

Do you only offer Caribbean cuisine?

Most people have a limited knowledge of what Caribbean Cuisine is. Much like its culture, Caribbean cuisine has roots from all around the world! Our menu highlights these various influences, and we use fresh herbs and spices to drive the flavors home.

Are you looking for authentic dishes that remind you of home or wanting to share your cultural heritage with your guests? We offer an extensive selection of cuisines, including:

Is your international cuisine really authentic?

Our unique approach sets us apart from traditional caterers. Rather than attempting to recreate international dishes, we’ve assembled a team of Chefs from around the world. Each Chef brings their cultural heritage and generations of culinary expertise to your celebration, ensuring authentic preparation and traditional flavors in every dish.

What if our guests have specific dietary preferences and restrictions?

Our expert culinary team crafts thoughtful options for:

  • Vegetarian and vegan guests
  • Gluten-free requirements
  • Food allergies
  • Any other dietary considerations

We’ll ask all the right questions to make sure you and your guests’ dietary needs are met.
With your No Compromise Wedding Package, you’ll have the flexibility to adjust menu selections up until 30 days before your celebration.

When can we come in for a tasting?

Experience our cuisine firsthand at any point in your planning journey, whether it be prior to making your decision, or after. Prior to contract signing, Private Tastings are available for a fee. If you choose to do your Tasting after signing, we’re delighted to offer this complimentary for you and your fiance. What bar service options do you offer?

We understand the importance of having the perfect beverage service for your celebration. Here’s a look at the bar options available for your big day:

  • 1. Full Bar
    This option includes premium liquor brands, beer, wine, and soft drinks/mixers, offering your guests a wide variety similar to a night out on the town.
  • 2. Caribbean Bar
    This crowd-favorite option includes everything from the Full Bar PLUS tropical classics like our signature Tropical Fruit Punch, Rum Punch, Caribbean lagers like Carib or Red Stripe, and specialty sodas.
  • 3. Beer and Wine Bar
    A simple yet elegant setup featuring Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Sauvignon (venue permitting), imported and domestic beers, Caribbean soft drinks, and all the essentials like plastic tumblers and napkins.
  • 4. Mocktail Bar
    For non-drinkers, or family-friendly celebrations, this bar includes a variety of juices, punches, and mixers to create fun, Instagram-worthy mocktails garnished with fresh fruit and herbs.
Can I Provide My Own Alcohol?

Absolutely! If your venue allows it, you can use our Stock-Your-Own-Bar option. This is a great way to save money, but it does come with added responsibilities on your part.

Here’s how it works:

  • You handle the purchasing. You’ll buy all the alcohol, mixers, ice, and bar fruit ahead of time.
  • You handle delivery and leftovers. On the wedding day, you’ll bring everything to the venue. After the event, you’ll also be responsible for taking back any leftovers. (Pro tip: Delegate this to a trusted family member or friend so you can focus on enjoying your big day!)

We’ll still provide professional bartenders and the equipment needed to serve your guests. If you’re unsure what to purchase or how much, don’t worry—we’ll guide you with recommendations based on your guest count and drink preferences.

How Does the Bar Work with Your No Compromise Wedding Package?

Our No Compromise Wedding Package includes:

  • Beer and Wine Bar: A three-hour reception bar featuring beer, wine, sodas, and bottled water.
  • Signature Cocktails: Two customized cocktails offered during your one-hour cocktail reception—perfect for giving your guests a personalized touch.
  • Champagne Toast: A celebratory moment, with sparkling cider available for non-drinkers and underage guests.

If you’d like to upgrade to a full bar, you have two options:

  • 1.We handle it for you. Upgrade your three-hour reception bar to a Full Bar for an additional charge.
  • 2.You bring the liquor. Supplement our Beer and Wine Bar with your own liquor at no extra cost. Our bartenders will happily serve it.

For couples who want to showcase a specific label or enjoy the savings of purchasing liquor themselves, Option 2 is a great choice. Just remember: you’re responsible for purchasing, delivering, and retrieving the liquor.

Yes, we provide:

  • Complete setup of all tables, chairs, and place settings (we’ll confirm all these details at your Complimentary Site Visit)
  • Arrangement of your table decor items (we’ll confirm all these details at your Complimentary Design Consultation)
  • Coordination with your wedding planner
  • Full cleanup after your celebration
  • Trash removal
  • Kitchen cleaning
What about inclement weather?

During your Site Visit, a comprehensive weather contingency plan will be created that includes:

  • Alternative setup options
  • Timing adjustments, if needed
  • Coordination with your venue and wedding planner
  • Seamless transitions between plans
What table setting items do you offer?

Caribbean Caterers offers the following items for your table setting:

Traditional caterers often provide basic equipment, charging extra for upgrades. However with your No Compromise Wedding package, you can select Premium items from our inventory at no additional cost.

Do you provide florals and/or centerpieces?

We do not provide florals or centerpieces. A florist or decorator can provide these for you.

What rental services can you help us arrange?

Many venues provide minimal equipment, leaving couples to coordinate multiple rental companies. We can simplify this process by:

  • Sourcing all necessary tables and chairs
  • Coordinating delivery and pickup
  • Ensuring proper setup and breakdown
  • Managing the rental timeline
